We know that when clients are looking for new products or services, you’ll be the first to know – together, we can stay one jump ahead in the marketplace. Communication Network Our communication network ensures everyone is up to speed at all times: • Updates. CEO updates, videos, and group meetings are utilised to present new initiatives. • Extranet for Franchisees. For keeping the network in touch with the latest news, advertising campaigns, marketing support and more. • Monthly All Staff Zoom Video Meeting, where by updates are shared across Sales, Operations and Marketing. • Mid-Month Franchisee Manager Zoom Video meeting, where sales updates are provided along with key/strategic updates or upcoming developments within Operations and Marketing. • Quarterly Franchisee/Manager meetings (in person) – whereby key updates are provided with guest speakers from within the Snap Group and external speakers from our supplier base / experts in the industry. • Snap Group Whatsapp where we share key work samples, along with addressing quick questions around suppliers/other when the need arises. Snap Councils Snap Councils include: • Marketing Franchise Council. Representatives from each regional area provide support and input into marketing initiatives. • The CEO / Group Operations Manager will engage key senior management to assist with high-level decision about the direction of Snap. Peer Support There is plenty of peer support across the group. Due to the tenure and experience in the business, there is ample assistance in any area of the business as and when required. We have a healthy sharing culture, which spans business learnings, technology upgrades, our business management system, customer engagement, product knowledge or indeed day-to-day operations. Team members get to meet on a regular basis through face to face meetings or Zoom video calls.
