In many respects, when you join Snap you’re joining the Snap family. We often hear people say we are ‘good people to work with’. It’s a reputation we’re proud of. Caring about our Franchisees, suppliers, employees and clients isn’t something we pay lip service to – how we relate to people is at the very core of what Snap is about. During our training program, you will learn every aspect of running a franchise, including business set-up, management, operations, recruitment, sales, marketing, financial control and production. The combination of online, in-Centre and face-to-face culminates in a formal graduation as a Franchise Owner. Work at your own pace You can work at your pace with regards to the size of customer portfolio you wish to achieve. Rest assured there’s always help and support on hand from Head office, when you need it.

Communication Network Our communication network ensures everyone is up to speed at all times: • Updates. CEO updates, videos, and group meetings are utilised to present new initiatives. • Extranet for Franchisees. Our target market is medium to large size businesses – smart, hard-working people who work five days a week. We work when they do, which means as a franchise you keep civilised hours. As a Snap Franchisee, you’ll have a clean, modern workplace and your evenings and weekends are free to balance life, enjoying time with friends and family. DISCOVERY PROCESS Snap understands that becoming a business owner is a big decision for you. We have similar considerations as we decide who will be offered a Snap Franchise. For these reasons, we have implemented our Discovery Process to assist in the detailed gathering of information. This is important in our mutual evaluation.
The process is outlined for you below.
4. LETTER OF INTENT Once a territory has been agreed in principle: • You provide a Letter of Intent, other information and a deposit • Snap commences the process for Centre assignment or establishment • Provide draft business plan and proof of unconditional finance which will require approval from Snap 3. SECOND MEETING Discussion of opportunities in your preferred location: • Matching your requirements and investment profile • General financial information provided by Snap • Non-disclosure documentation signed • Copy of Franchise Agreement provided for review

INFORMATION Prior to formal approval being provided for purchase of a Snap Franchise the incoming owner must provide to Snap the following details. • Final Business Plan • Assets and Liabilities Statement • Proof of Unconditional Finance • Contract of Sale if purchasing an existing Snap Centre • Executed Lease for centre location Please note that this information may be provided within a formal meeting or via mail/email.
The Franchise Agreement is signed and other key documents will be provided: • Registration / transfer of business name & forms • The support provided to Snap Franchisees • Your questions answered
