Chemicals & Pollutants All of their gear uses 100% PFC free fabrics, ensuring they have the best chemistry in their water repellent finishes and they are continually replacing harsh chemicals with more eco-friendly, plant-based alternatives within their products.

Recycled Fabrics Craghoppers are increasing the use of recycled materials in their products, over 70% of their clothing is made from recycled materials with yarns.

Mindfully Made Products As active members of the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI), Craghoppers continue to work with their supply base to improve the working conditions and wellbeing of the workers.

Organic Cotton By 2020, Craghoppers ensured all its cotton T-shirts were produced from certified organic cotton standards.

Sustainable Insulation Craghoppers have taken a stand and now only offer man-made fillings in all of their insulated products offering as much warmth as Down. Any Merino wool used in products is 100% ethically sourced.

Green Headquarters In 2021, Craghoppers installed 892 solar panels across 1,623m 2 of roof to reduce energy consumption producing 23% of their current annual usage. Craghoppers have zero landfill for any waste from their facilities.

Packaging & Materials Craghoppers have reduced product packaging by 50% and only use recycled materials in their printing. They don’t laminate paper and source all paper from renewable sources (FSC Standard). Poly bags are made from Oxo plastic which is reusable, recyclable and biodegradable.

Conservation Projects As members of the EOCA, Craghoppers have been working with the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund and are committed to protecting the Mountain Gorillas of Rwanda and the Grauer Gorillas in the Congo.
