Supplier Verification Herschel Supply conducts annual social compliance audits and regular site visits of factories in its supply chain to verify compliance with its Code of Conduct and other requirements.
Audits Herschel Supply conducts both scheduled and unscheduled audits of its factories and authorised subcontractors. All factories which produce finished products are audited at least once a year by an independent, accredited third party.
Accountability Herschel Supply reviews all supply chain audits and develops recommendations and corrective action plans for the factory or supplier.
Certification Herschel Supply’s direct material suppliers are expected to comply with applicable local laws regarding slavery and human trafficking.
